Stonegate Group are the largest Pub, Bar and Club operator in the UK. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join us in Sheffield & surrounding areas to take on one of our town centre pubs!

Our pubs offer great food and beautiful beer, we are also have a strong sport offering, we’re not a sports pub but we need a General Manager who understands how to drive sales using sport and where possible we try to create that big weekend feeling too.

We are looking to recruit an experienced General Manager as our business is expanding!

The role

In the first instance as a General Manager, we will induct you fully into the Stonegate way to ensure we are giving you all of the relevant knowledge and tools to ensure your success, following this we will be looking for you to help and assist in other businesses for a few more weeks to put your Stonegate learnings in to place before being appointed to your own business.

It is imperative that you have your own means of transport and are flexible on your working location within the geographic area advertised.

As a General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the business including  P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity.

We require all our General Managers to hold a Personal License
